Seeing is Believing Event a Stairway to Success for Stanton!
The Seeing is Believing event was held at Bruntingthorpe Proving Ground near Lutterworth between 20 – 22 November 2012 and was organised by the team behind Highways Magazine.
The event provided highway agencies, contractors and specifiers with the chance to view and experience up close all that was on offer.
Stanton Bonna showcased innovative specialist products to support their successful range of precast concrete drainage. The key product highlighted was the modular Access Stairs for use on road and rail embankments and was a big hit with many visitors wanting a cost effective, durable roadside solution.
As well as having a display stand inside, Stanton Bonna also had an outside area with full size products on display including their no-dig solutions (GRP sewer liner and jacking pipe) which help reduce road disruptions during underground renovation work.
The challenging weather on each day of the show gave companies a chance to show how durable their products are. Wind and rain battered the outside exhibits and strong gales ensured the event ended early on the Thursday evening so visitors could get home in one piece!
As part of the event Stanton Bonna held a prize draw to win a bottle of Champagne. Visitors added their details to the prize draw bowl and the winner was drawn on the last evening of the event.
Stanton Bonna are pleased to announce the lucky winner was Dave Catling from JPCS. Congratulations to Dave.
On receiving his prize Dave said “I’m delighted to win the champagne, just in time for it to be enjoyed this Christmas”.
